Sports aviation enthusiasts can use one of two airfields in Bali.

Letkol Wisnu Airfield

Located in the northwest corner of Bali, in Buleleng Regency, the Letkol Wisnu airstrip was recently built in 2001 to provide easy  access to the north coast of Bali.  It accommodates light aircraft.  Lt Wisnu is 60 kilometers due west of Singaraja. 

How to get there by land transport:  

From south Bali, take the  highway to Lovina.  Turn left onto the northcoast highway and head due west.

 

Airstrip in southern Bali

 The airstrip in southern Bali is currently under construction.
